About us

Kristijan Anton Kontarščak, univ. dipl. prav. is attorney at law in Maribor. He is above all dealing with cases from the field of business law. In the field of business law he has rich professional knowledge and many years of experiences. He was involved in numerous pretentious projects from the area of corporate law. He is often publishing articles about corporate law's issues in he is also lecturing.

Professional knowledge:

• with distinction made degree in Faculty of Law in Maribor,
• concluding postgraduate study of business law in Faculty of Law in Maribor,
• concluded Summer school of international business law on Central European University in Budapest,
• national bar exam,
• Since 1. July 2006 member of Slovenian bar Chamber,
• he was member of numerous supervisory boards (RGS, d.d., RGD, d.d., GZL-GS, d.d., Kops, d.d., Mlinostroj, d.d., Hotel Jelovica, d.o.o.)
• at the moment he is member of the supervisory board of RGS, d.d..

Qualifications

• three years of experiences as legal adviser of the management board at one of the largest Slovenian management company,
• two years of experiences as legal adviser of the management board in one of the largest Slovenian financial holdings,
• numerous pretentious projects on the area of corporate law as

• mergers of companies,
• divisions of companies, 
• changes of share capital, 
• squeeze out procedures,
• take over procedures according to the Law of the take overs.
